At HeartlandHealth, all our clinics are part of the Community Health Assist Scheme (CHAS).
CHAS makes healthcare more affordable for all Singapore Citizens, including seniors, by providing subsidies for common illnesses, chronic conditions, and recommended health screenings.

What is CHAS?
The Community Health Assist Scheme (CHAS) is a government subsidy programme that allows Singapore Citizens, including Pioneer Generation (PG) and Merdeka Generation (MG) seniors, to receive subsidised medical care at all HeartlandHealth clinics.

CHAS can be used together with MediSave and the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP) for enhanced subsidies.
Under Healthier SG, CHAS patients also enjoy enhanced subsidies for chronic care when they see their enrolled family doctor, making regular follow-ups and long-term management more affordable.
What Does CHAS Cover?
Common Illnesses
Short-term medical conditions that can be treated at your GP clinic.
E.g. cough, flu, fever, skin infections

Chronic Conditions
Long-term medical conditions managed at our clinics.
23 Approved conditions including hypertension, diabetes, high cholesterol, asthma, arthritis, etc.

Public Assistance (PA)
Public Assistance (PA) cardholders receive full subsidies for CHAS-covered treatments. Visit and treatment limits under CHAS still apply.
