What should I bring for my clinic visit?

Please bring your identification card (NRIC or FIN card), CHAS / Pioneer / Merdeka / Healthier SG card (if applicable). We accept digital versions on Singpass as well (screenshots are not accepted).

You may bring previous medical records, referral letters, or medication you are currently taking if necessary.

If your visit is for a work permit or employment medical check, please also bring your passport and relevant forms provided by your employer.

Our clinic provides comprehensive medical care for patients of all ages. We treat and help manage acute and chronic illnesses, offer baby and children’s healthcare, provide vaccinations for various diseases, conduct health screenings, and perform minor surgical procedures. Our doctors are also able to carry out functional assessment reports and severe disability assessments.
