What is Healthier SG?
Healthier SG is a national programme led by the Ministry of Health (MOH) that focuses on preventive care. The aim is to help Singaporeans stay healthy, prevent the onset of chronic diseases, and receive stronger support to lead active, healthier lives.

With Healthier SG, you will enrol with one trusted family doctor who will partner with you in creating a personalised Health Plan which covers health screenings, vaccinations, and lifestyle goals.

Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents aged 40 and above.
Invitations are sent via SMS by MOH.
