Chronic Disease (MediSave 500/700)

• Claim up to $500 or $700 per year (depending on complexity of condition).

• Covers common long-term conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, asthma, and osteoarthritis. 
  
  Includes:

  • Doctor consultations and follow-up visits

  • Essential investigations and monitoring tests

  • Long-term medications
    Note: A 15% cash co-payment is required for each bill.

Approved Vaccinations

• Vaccines under the National Immunisation Schedule are MediSave-claimable.

• This includes vaccinations such as influenza, pneumococcal, and HPV.

• You may use your MediSave for yourself or your dependants.

Day Surgery Procedures

• Selected minor surgical procedures performed in our clinics are MediSave-claimable.

• Claims can be made for yourself or immediate family members (who are Singapore Citizens or PRs).

Flexi-MediSave (For Seniors ≥ 60 Years Old)

Flexi-MediSave is a scheme for Singaporeans and PRs aged 60 and above. It allows seniors to use up to $400 per year from their MediSave for any outpatient medical treatment at participating GP clinics like HeartlandHealth.

Flexi-MediSave can be used for yourself or your spouse — both must be aged 60+

Can be used for:
